Spellbinders Clear Stamps -- A First Look

Catherine Pooler Ink Colors Aquatini, Flirty Fucia, and Grass Skirt.
I was happy to receive these fun new clear stamps from Spellbinders and love that I can share these pretty creations that were inspired by these stamps and this beautiful Spellbinders Dream Catcher die.
Catherine Pooler Ink Colors: Rockin' Red and Party Dress.  Patterned Paper from an old Michael's 6x6
I die cut each of the dream catchers out of Ranger Water Color Paper, lightly tapped them with a variety of Catherine Pooler Inks, spritzed them with water so the colors would run together and let them dry.  After they had dried I re positioned them in the die and ran than through with the embossing sandwich to add the beautiful texture.  I'm really happy with how they turned out :)
Catherine Pooler Inks in Tiki Torch, Tutti Fruiti and Orange Twist
The sentiments all came from the Spellbinders Captured Sentiments Stamp Set and the beautiful gold feather came from the Just For You Clear Stamps set.

My Monthly Hero October 2018 Card Kit -- Special Ultra Dimensional Pop Up Card

I had so much fun creating 3 cards that are the same yet very different.  Hurry over to Hero Arts to get this kit as it is still available as of this writing.

I created a box/book card because I wanted to include this tree.  I die cut 7 of the tree with the center die included out of green card stock, folded 6 of them in half and then glued the centers to the remaining tree to create this delightful little tree.

Spellbinders Meets Fun Stampers Journey (FSJ)

Exciting things are happening over at www.spellbinderspaperarts.com

Crafters rave about these amazing products for many reasons.  Here are just a few......
  1. FSJ Stamps are made in the USA of deeply etched red rubber for a perfect impression every time.
  2. The thin metal dies are made of steel to give you clean cuts time and time again, without warping or dulling.  And, they're coated in FSJ green so they're easy to find!
  3. They offer over 50 exclusive colors -- matching cardstock, ink, ribbon, and accessories makes creating easy!
  4. Over 50% of their stamps have coordinating dies -- no more fussy cutting!
This is my first time playing with them and I am delighted with how they work.  Check out the cards I created!

This first card is created using the Branch & Cone Die Set and the Stay Cozy Stamp Set from Fun Stampers Journey and the Spellbinders Grateful Doily Die Set makes a great backdrop for this 6 x 6 card.
